We had known Ravi Toor for many years before she decided it was time to develop her brand positioning and messaging. Ravi has been a coach in the online and in-person space, but was ready to focus solely on her work she is so passionate about – conscious leadership coaching and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) consulting. 

When we first started working with Ravi, we already knew that she had honed in on a niche that was about to completely explode. Not only that, but she is really good at what she does – the best, actually. The only problem was that she was a best-kept secret. She didn’t have the clarity or messaging to really communicate what she was capable of doing for the social entrepreneurs and enterprises – the most impact-focused companies in the world – her services were perfect for. So, instead of attracting the clients, she should have been working with, she was attracting people who were peers – and worse yet, people who didn’t value her expertise because they didn’t understand it. But she knew it was time to do something different and gain brand awareness. So she reached out to the best branding strategist she knew.

Ravi started with the foundation of the Brandividuation branding process, which includes client surveys and interviews and clarity sessions so that we could get as much data and information as possible, then connect the right dots to present a clear and compelling unique brand value statement, or unique selling proposition, to then build the rest of the brand on. From there, we defined her core messaging hierarchies, brand story, and marketing strategy. With this work, Ravi would be able to show up with clarity and confidence to talk to the c-suite executives and leadership teams she needed to reach to show them just how impactful her work for them could be. 

She walked away with a brand identity and strategy guideline to use for messaging on any platform she needed to show up on moving forward. With the guidelines, it allowed her to consistently articulate the incredibly unique value she offered that was emerging as an in-demand and highly sought after service.
